Center for Communication Programs Pakistan, a nonprofit organization registered in Pakistan, is in consortium with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs as its lead for a USAID-funded Health Communication Component of the Maternal and Child Health Program. The Health Communication Component is mandated to improve health-seeking behaviors and strengthen the capacity of Government, civil society organizations, and private-sector partners to design, implement and evaluate Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) interventions for improved maternal and newborn health care in Pakistan. Center is seeking applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the position of aAdmin Assistant based in Islamabad.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support Admin & HR Manager in day to day tasks
  • Maintain HRIS, employee files, and leave tracker
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to all Component-related events and activities
  • Record and process travel requests
  • Process travel reimbursement requests
  • Maintain and update office inventory
  • Ensure office facilities i.e. printers, photocopier, internet, telephone lines etc, are functional and available to staff
  • Manage movement of office vehicles and drivers
  • Generate staff attendance lists on weekly basis

Minimum required experience and qualifications:

  • Masters degree from HEC recognized university
  • At least three years of total work experience of which two years should be ideally in Admin department
  • Excellent MS office Skills
  • Good communication skills
