Responsible to take lead in planning, organizing and controlling assigned  activities of the department and maintain close liaison with other all stakeholder departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Have a thorough understanding of all the components, processes and  stakeholders involved in the recruitment cycle
  • Able to independently run the recruitment cycle end to end  from job advertisement  to onboarding
  • Excel at stakeholder management and keep them updated  on the relevant hiring's in their function
  • Schedule and participate in interview process in conjunction with the departmental representatives.
  • Coordination with the concerned departments for placement of advertisements (internal & External)
  • Assist in salary fixation and finalization of offers through negotiations.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and other control activities of the department and participate in developing departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide support in managing headcount budget of all department.
  • Liaison with universities and head hunters to get the best Talent on board
  • Able to do data analysis and recommend fact based ideas and solutions
  • Able to lead a team

Education: MBA

Experience: 5 -7 years of relevant  experience
