Job Description:

  • To distribute mail as required by the in charge. 
  • To work as a backup Telephone Operator after working hours and to record all telephone calls, mail after working hours. 
  • Responsible to protect people and property 24hrs, prevention of an incident/offence before it has occurred, to observe and report of an incident/offense during and after it has occurred.
  • To safeguard building and equipments during holidays and weekends. 
  • To make photocopies, book binding and filing when required. 
  • To ensure maintenance of Head Office.
  • To do any other task as assigned by the GM, PMs, PO Admin from time to time.
  • You will be responsible for the Key Box and equipment issue register
  • To help the cook in the kitchen, dish washing etc.
  • Make tea and cook meals in the absence of cook 
  • Dusting of Office furniture and equipments
