Job Description:

  • Design system for internal finance management of the projects, including preparation of salaries, payment for goods and services, rent, utilities and all other direct expenditure of the organization.
  • Regular preparation of the Budget of the projects in accordance with program guideline provided by the management
  • Maintenance of books of accounts (Bank books, bank reconciliation statement, financial reports) of the District for reporting, audit and other purpose
  • Timely request for budget from Regional office.
  • Facilitate and support Internal Audit team from Head Office along with SPO Finance for expense verification and compliances at regional and district level
  • Jointly with SPO Finance, implement centralized FIS management system at the district level
  • To ensure the implementation of FIS at District level 
  • Collection of Timely SOEs, reporting and adjustments from the FUs
  • Seek guidance from SPO Finance and Manager finance & Account  in case of problems in the assign work 
  • Carry out any special assignments given out by Manager Finance &Accounts with in your field of competence.
  • Timely submission of consolidated SOEs, reports and adjustments to Regional Office
  • Act as custodian of BRSP funds allocated / released for district office 
  • Ensure the preparation of salary reconciliation at District level on monthly basis
  • Ensure the preparation of project wise fund reconciliation at District level
  • At least fortnightly visit to all functional FU offices for technical back stopping and resolving financial issues 
  • Any other task assigned by the DPM/RGM/SPO Finance/Deputy Manager Finance/Manager Finance
