Job Description:
The successful Maintenance Manager will ideally have a strong knowledge of plant operations including utilities, maintenance, dairy processing, batching, packaging lines, new line installs or enhancements, and building construction. Some key responsibilities are;
- Fulfill core accountabilities within the policies and procedures established by the company.
- Ensure the equipment and facilities operate safely and within all applicable laws, regulations and company policy, including environmental requirements
- Maintain the facilities and equipment at the site in support of meeting or exceeding the annual operating plan.
- Re-assess and re-direct engineering efforts and focus towards improved reliability, quality, and reducing operating cost.
- Continuously improve the efficient use of financial and human resources in the performance of duties.
- Efficiently invest the capital resources provided for the plant.
