Relevant Experience:
- At least three years of experience in social mobilization and implementation of community lead projects
- Proven experience of formation of social organizations and training them on different themes
- Proven track record of working in rural areas with successful implementation of projects
- Native pushto speaker or having expertise in spoken pushto with the local accent
- Gradate or Masters degree in social sciences
Job Description:
- Strive for the vision of RDP following the mission of the organization
- Lead social mobilization process at sub village and village level
- Interact with the female community organizations and village organizations throgh meetings, trainings and orientation
- Leading the village development process at village level
- Monitor the ongoing activities of CO's , VOs and LSO's
- Develop monthly progress reports and activity reports as per standard procedure of RDP
- Any other task as asggined by the management of RDP
