Social Mobilizer (Female)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective community mobilization
• Village Committee Formation
• Identification of beneficiaries
• Developing the case studies
• Conduct assessment of poultry beneficiaries
• Conduct trainings of poultry beneficiaries
• Assessment of beneficiaries for Cash for Work for females
• Assessment of beneficiaries for cash grants
• Data punching and compilation
• Collection of data and data management
• Organize distribution events
• Maintain confidentiality in all information she gained through access to organizational database, flow of information, or other information source. Any disbursement of information related to organization, its projects/programs, staffs, or other relevant matters will be legally held against.

Job specifications:

Qualification/Experience:

• For the post of Social Mobilizer a degree from reputable university and 2-3 years experience is considered necessary.
• Effective mobilization skills
• Good English, Urdu and Pashto are essential,
• The Social Mobilizer must be tolerant and sensitive to needs of religious and ethnic minorities, women and the poor.
• In the absence of the supervisors, Social Mobilizer must have the confidence, initiative, patience and integrity to work independently.
• The Social Mobilizer is required to follow Organization Accountability Framework and its commitment to the Codes of Conduct practiced by the organization. The Social Mobilizer will ensure  her commitment to the organization mission and values and for working in accordance to  her job expectations
