Relevant Experience:

 

  • At least 3-4 years of progressive experience and proven track record of competence in planning, program reporting, Counter Violence Extremism and development with NGOs/INGO working in Southern Punjab; experience criteria for highly qualified candidates can be relaxed;
  • Prior experience with program Monitoring and Evaluation or Counter Violence Extremism preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proven a Excellent report writing skills
  • Ability to work under tight schedules
  • Ability and interest to work with a multi-ethnic team in a culturally appropriate manner
  • Fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, Saraiki, English and any other local dialects spoken in Southern Punjab
  • Strong knowledge of computers and software (MS Word, MS Excel) preferred

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the complete information regarding scheme deliverables;
  • Carry out desk review with the field staff in order to ensure complete overview of the scheme and site;
  • Gathering of baseline data and all additional data needed for monitoring and evaluation;
  • Coordinate and delegate schemes to the assigned staff, ensuring the timely completion of data verification on scheme site;
  • Provide input to the Project Coordinator regarding team members performance and reports status;
  • Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and ensuring the availability of necessary materials;
  • Coordinate and ensure timely feedback of the field activities;
  • Provide and facilitate technical direction, education and training to staff and Field M&E officers;
  • Document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings, lessons learned and activities to collaborators and other involved;
  • Coordinate and ensure timely feedback of the field activities;
  • Asses field reports to determine possible implications for implementation and agree on corrective actions with appropriate decision-makers;
  • Provide and facilitate technical direction, education and training to staff, community workers and community members;
  • Draft lessons learned semi-annually;
  • Any other task assigned by Chief Executive;
