Senior Manager Research

The appointee will be responsible to:

• To lead in development of research designs and delivery of high quality public health research
• Designing/reviewing of data collection tools (questionnaires and moderator guides)
• To undertake data analysis to answer the research questions and to inform the strategy development.
• Supervise the execution of research studies outsources to the agency at all steps from execution to communication of Research.
• To contribute and support the monitoring and evaluation function of Greenstar Social Marketing program.
• Contribute to capacity building of team in Research and M&E

Candidate Should Have:

• Minimum 7 years experience of public health research related to reproductive health and family planning
• Preferably Masters in Public health, Epidemiology & biostatistics or equivalent
• Experience of trainings/technical support in proposal appraisal, research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), data analysis and technical writing (Report and Manuscript).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proficient with MS office and SPSS
