Job Type: Three Years Renewable Contract
Job Description: Reporting to Senior Manager - The incumbent is responsible for the following:
• Managing portfolios of (4-6) partner organizations by assisting the immediate supervisor in appraisal, ranking, sanctioning, contracting, disbursement and performance evaluation of partner organization through Financial, operational, governance and managerial analysis of institution and review of submitted business plans.
• Selecting Partner Organizations with current / potential capacity to undertake enterprise development activities in pursuance of a detailed eligibility criteria
• Ensuring consistency with operational policies and procedures
• In partnership with the selected Partner Organizations, formulating institutional plans for growth and quality
• Ensuring achievement of annual work plan
• Handling correspondence in consultation with the Manager / GM Microfinance Portfolio Management.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on performance of the Partner Organizations
Required Experience:
Minimum 1-2 year work experience with MFIs/MFBs/Banks or Consumer Finance and Credits.
Required Qualification:
MBA preferably in Finance/ACMA from reputed institute.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong Technical skills
• Sound analytical skills to supplement appraisal and monitoring activities.
• Time/stress management and project management skills.
• Strong inter-personal communication, presentation skills, professional report writing and well versed with MS Office and financial analysis skills.
• Good understanding of the microfinance industry and overall financial sector.
