Manager Billing & Recovery

Job Description: 

The Candidate will be responsible for invoicing, Customer Accounts Management, Receivable Management, Collection, Management Reporting and Ageing Analysis

Job Qualification:

• MBA degree in Marketing / Finance from an accredited University or ACCA
• Managing  the invoicing and payment processing system of all regions and ensuring accuracy and completeness
• To follow up efficiently and effectively with clients to recover the invoice payment/ solve their issues (if any) in a courteous way
• To generate periodic receivables reports in effective manner to provide an accurate summary to Senior Management
• Preparation of accounts’ receivables reports of all regions, bank statements and reconciliations of income with invoices
• Generate Periodic receipts and receivable reports as per Management’s requirements

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Sales and Receivables’ Management Experience
