Relevant Experience:

The position will report to the Project Manager. Main responsibilities include;

  • Collect online job market information for trainees regarding job openings, entry and skills requirements and other occupational information
  • Maintain strong contracts and liaise with online businesses and industries concerning online and offline employment opportunities and make collaborations with relevant companies.
  • Placement of the trainees with different online and offline paid assignments and/or jobs
  • Maintain database of trainees and employers and trainees tracking systems during and after the trainings in  consultation with M & E Officer and  Coordinators
  • Content writing for developing success stories related to the project and trainees, promotional materials, website, magazine and other related products.  
  • Proposal writing for resource mobilization for the project and organization

 Job Description:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in relevant field from a reputable institution.
  • At least six years of relevant proven experience.
  • Command on using MS Office and online communication & social media tools
  • Excellent proposal and content writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal, report writing as well as spoken English skills
