Regional Liaison Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise all Regional Liaison Units staff in the designing and delivery of assistance packages to program beneficiaries;
• Serve as the primary point of contact between regional GoP offices, local service providers, and regional stakeholders;
• Maintain close coordination with Planning and Development Departments of KP and FATA, PDMA, FDMA and Directorate of Projects in the FATA Secretariat;
• Assist in the establishment of new program regional offices in D I Khan, Kohat and Malakand;
• Work with Director of Programs and senior advisors to design sustainable service delivery mechanisms for program beneficiaries;
• Work with Team Lead Health and Team Lead Livelihoods to design Health and Livelihoods packages for the Conflict Victims;
• Work with Grants Manager to ensure all documentations are complete according to IRD standard;
• Work with Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to gather data and information to ensure high quality of programming;
• Adjust service delivering as necessary in response to M&E findings;
• Ensure that all program activities are conducted in compliance with IRD policies, USAID rules and regulations, and the laws of Pakistan;
• Maintain records in compliance with IRD policies and USAID rules and regulations;
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Masters’s Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, or related field;
• progressive experience managing a team in service delivery setting;
• Previous experience providing social service delivery in the KP or FATA regions;
• Demonstrated familiarity with GoP, nongovernmental, and private service providers in KP or FATA;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Pashto

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, or related field;
• seven years’ progressive experience managing a team in social service delivery;
• Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;
• Previous experience working for a NGO or international organization providing community assistance in the KP or FATA regions.

Travel Requirements:

• Regional travel as dictated by program needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Normal Office Conditions.
