General Functions:
Under the general supervision of the Program Manager and the Deputy Program Manager – Program, direct supervision of the Team Leader in the Region, and in close coordination with the program support units in Islamabad the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing administrative, finance, logistics, security and other specialized units providing support for the smooth implementation of the Program in the Region. The Deputy Team Leader will be responsible for the following specific duties.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Management/Social Sciences; minimum of three years of experience in the area management, administration, finance, procurement and logistics in both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; working knowledge of regional languages is desirable.
