Community Mobilizer (Female)

 1.      Main  Duties & Responsibilities:

• To develop  bylaws for the Project Support Committee and to give orientation the PSCs.
• To develop bylaws for Youth Coordination Forum/ Youth Clubs and to orientate them.
• To facilitate the VO, DPM and training coordinator in Identification/Selection of UCs, Villages, Community Animals Health Workers. (CAHWs), Public Health Workers (PHWs), Butchers, Livestock Traders and Poultry Farmers  and School Health Club Teachers Master Trainer for project activities.
• To facilitate the baseline /KAP Studies in selected communities about Zoonotic diseases.
• To arrange monthly meetings for PSC and YCF/YC to plan relevant activities for implementation  leading to community empowerment and social change;
• To build the capacity of CAHWs and PHWs regarding social mobilization and extension services to ensure sustainable community organization and regular delivery of extension messages.
• To provide support to VO and DPM in identification/selection of schools as well as formation of school health club and to ensure follow up from Master trainers regarding monthly meetings of SHC.
• To arrange walks, sport events and speeches competition to aware community about zoonotic diseases.
• To assist Community Animal Health Workers (CAHWs) and community members to identify needs for their solutions.
• To assist and support the CAHWs & community members in developing in record keeping of their schedule activities.
• To assist in distribution of vaccination card for vaccination campaign.
• To develop articles about the impacts of mobilization, organization and extension services in Urdu. 
• To Facilitate the VO and training coordinators about TORs for CAHWs, PHWs, master trainers and LHWs
• To submit the daily, weekly and monthly report regarding field activities to DPMs.
• To develop success stories on community mobilization impact  and  extension messages impacts(butchers, livestock traders, poultry farmers and civil society) and linkages development amongst CAHWS,PHW,LHW,YCF and ZCC.
• To perform any relevant task assigned by his/her DPM.

 2.      Qualification & Experience required:

• The candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree from any reputed University with 03 years of proven work experience in community mobilization or similar job.
• Willingness to work in difficult and remote regions.
• The candidate must be having the good oral and written communication skills in English/local language. Excellent team building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, internet and e. mail.
