Summary:
Looking for Android developers with 2+ years of hands on Android experience in a professional environment to work with friendly, outgoing team members who enjoy the challenges that modern web development affords.
Essential Functions:
- Develop new application features and provide ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle
- Create new, exciting features and release to millions of Android users
- Keep up-to-date on the latest Android developments, respond to customer feedback & testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and release Android products
- Follow and contribute to software development processes of the company
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands on Android experience in a professional environment
- Tools/Source code control understanding (experience with git and Eclipse required)
- At least one App published in the Android Market with 4+ rating.
- Experience with REST APIs a must.
- Experience with integrating Android apps with Social Networks is required.
- Experience with payment networks is desired.
- Experience integrating custom graphics into the standard Android controls a must.
- Experience with OpenGL and/or Cocos2d is a plus.
- Knowledge of other mobile platforms is a plus.
