Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in program development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge on community mobilization programming and conflict-related issues.
  • Extensive experience with drafting and editing of written program materials.
  • Ability to travel to FATA agencies, KPK districts and Frontier Regions.
  • Demonstrated excellence writing and speaking English, Pushto and Urdu.
  • Previous work experience with international donors/NGOs required; experience with International organizations desirable.
  • Ability to work under short deadlines and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to function well in a team.
  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills.


 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate completion of reporting deliverables for senior management and the donor
  • Routine reporting to include Quarterly Report, Weekly Area Updates, Weekly Narrative Report,  Impact Stories,
  • Analysis of the overall sociopolitical situation in relevant areas of the FATA and KPK, impact of projects as relative to thematic clusters, and progress towards achieving program goals and objectives.
  • Review all trackers and create a streamlined set of trackers that reflect the status of all projects along with Program Support unit deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Maintain trackers and coordinate with PSU staff and other departments to ensure that trackers are updated on time; generate reports required to monitor project progress at the strategic level.  
  • Deliverables to be tracked include grant ideas, progress towards work plan objectives, overall grant status, and grant closings. 
  • Support review of Final Evaluation Reports, grant closing, and maintain grant closing tracker, as needed. .
  • Other tasks as assigned.
