Responsibilities:
Prepare a donor contact person list by going through all existing proposals and documents.
Update and maintain grant tracking sheets for both HEA and Development with support.
Organize and provide administrative support for the proposal writing workshop to be held in September.
Provide administrative support to programs team, especially during various SO visits.
Provide assistance for report writing if and when required.
Upload documents on PAKO programs, strictly supervised by the Program Support Officer.
Facilitate programs team in terms of administrative & Programmatic work where required.
Skills required:
University Graduate (any)
Good computational skills
Excellent English writing skills
