Management Executive/Senior Management Executive
(Water & Infrastructure)

Job Type: 3 Years Renewable Contract      

Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000

Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager - Livelihood and Community Infrastructure Project, the selected incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Appraisal of organizations seeking financial & technical support from the management
• Contract management (preparing implementation plans, signing financing agreements, making disbursements, providing technical assistance)
• Monitoring of physical infrastructure projects with respect to quality and  specifications
• Data management, documentation and reporting of project activities
• Vetting technical/feasibility proposals of various projects types (link roads, irrigation, drinking water supply, sanitation, water conservation, pressurized irrigation, micro hydropower project etc) and make recommendations for their approval
• Any other task assigned by unit head and management

Qualification & Experience Required:

• B. Sc Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with strategies aimed at social mobilization and inclusion
• Experience working in partnership with national/local NGOs, governmental and other civil society actors.
• Strong computer literacy (specially excel)/Data Management Skills.
• Must be fluent in English & Urdu; fluency in Pashtu will be a plus
• A minimum of two years experience in development sector (can be waived off for candidates with higher qualifications and/or outstanding academic records).
• Willingness to travel to remote field locations
