Executive (Livelihoods/Health & Education)

Job Type: 3 Years Renewable Contract      

Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000

Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager - Livelihood and Community Infrastructure Project, the selected incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Appraisal of organizations seeking financial & technical support from the organization
• Contract management (preparing implementation plans, signing financing agreements, making disbursements, providing technical assistance)
• Monitoring of Livelihood and Community Infrastructure Projects
• Data management, documentation and reporting of project activities

• Any other task assigned by unit head and management

Qualification & Experience Required:

• A postgraduate qualification in social sciences (sociology, social work, economics, psychology, anthropology, development management) or a Bachelors Degree in medicine (MBBS).   
• Strong computer literacy (specially excel)/Data Management Skills
• A minimum of two years experience in the development sector (can be waived off for candidates with higher qualifications and/or outstanding academic records) 
• Familiarity with strategies aimed at social mobilization and inclusion
• Experience working in partnership with national/local NGOs, governmental and other civil society actors.
• Willingness to travel to remote field locations
• Must be fluent in English and Urdu; fluency in Pashto will be a plus
