M&E Coordinator

Relevant Experience:

• Master’s Degree Required
• Minimum of 5-6 years of demonstrated experience in M&E and program implementation.
• Strong knowledge on community mobilization programming and conflict-related issues.
• Proven analytical skills, ability to distill complex information from various sources.
• Extensive experience with drafting and editing of written program materials.
• Intimate knowledge of FATA history, politics, cultural issues, etc and ability to travel to FATA Agencies and KP Regions.
• Previous work experience with international donors/INGOs required; experience with USAID desirable.

• Excellent interviewing, analytical and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the M&E wing of Office to respond to Independent Monitoring Unit’s (IMU) reports.
• Coordinate with Internal Auditor for identification and resolution of potential issues in implementation at field offices.
• Conduct investigation visits to determine corrective action & mentor field staff in project monitoring, evaluation & reporting and document all field visits by drafting reports to be shared with the donor
• Develop lesson learned document from the SWOT analysis conducted under several types of interventions to be submitted to Senior Management Team (SMT) of the program.
• Ensure that the field teams generate required documents i.e. community agreements, Project Oversight Committee (POC) instructions
• Review the reports submitted by the Independent Monitoring Units (IMU) reports and point out the issues to the concerned departments for addressing.
• Follow up on action points which are identified through review of the Routine Monitoring Reports (RMRs) and follow-up on action items identified during monitoring and evaluation meetings.
• Identify and develop success stories for the weekly/quarterly narrative report.

• Engage in overall political analysis, impact assessment, and strategy development to advance FSSP goals.

• Provide guidance to M&E Officers at field level for carrying out SWOT analysis of and project interventions and development lessons learned documents.
