We are offering you, through this 18-24 month program, an outstanding opportunity to support the commercial ambitions of GSK and progress your career into senior leadership roles. You will be provided with a solid grounding in your chosen discipline through a variety of challenging roles that will push you to your limits, but will be underpinned by the appropriate levels of support and training.
In return we will expect you to deliver, to a high standard, against the challenges and opportunities that are offered to you. You will need to be commercially driven and possess the energy, passion, and positive attitude to succeed and take on real responsibility from day one. The structure of the program may require you to work at any GSK site.
