Required Qualification & Experience:
· Masters Degree in Social Sciences preferably in communication studies and/or sociology
· 5 years of relevant work experience out of which preferably 2-3 years of sector experience
· Strong communication skills covering all types & aspects
· Research, report writing, analytical and M&E Skills
· Problem solving & Decision making skills
· Good computer proficiency
