Job Description
ï· Assist in coordinating trucking arrangements and other logistics and material requirement for the planned commodity distributions to ensure timely delivery of commodities to distribution sites/centers
ï· Assist in proper crowd control barriers such as fencing, security guards, etc. to facilitate smooth and speedy distribution of NFI.
ï· Assist in the preparation of a distribution timetable and informs recipients/beneficiaries through the community leaders and other possible means.
ï· Responsible for issuance of correct rations to intended recipients through proper scooping procedures, random checking of family rations, and other criteria deemed necessary for that particular situation.
ï· Oversee that the site is clean and adequate to accommodate the population who normally crowd at the site.
ï· Follows all Save the Children policies and procedures.
ï· The responsibility of the post may require the post-holder to have regular contact with children or young people.
Requirements
ï· Education Bachelor degree in social science or Simple Graduate
ï· Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 1-2 years
ï· Sector Experience (In Yrs) 6 months to 1 year
ï· Skills Good skills in monitoring implementation of program activities.
