Job Description
• Management & Implementation of strategies envisaged in all vertical programs in the district
• Management and operationalization of RHCs (HUBs) BHUs and other health facilities in the district.
• Prepare and present health reports to donors, district and Govt.
• Assist in preparation of POP, PSP and project proposals.
• Develop and implement a plan on community mobilization.
• Design, arrange and supervise training for HCP & ensure its demonstration in the field
• Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the year
• Ensure recommended health Protocols are displayed and implemented
• Represent SC with the donors, program/GOP liaison meetings
• Hold a regular meeting with DHMT and DHT and facility based committees
• Develop a monitoring and supervision plan in coordination with EDO and other DHT members
• Prepare a monthly report on the basis of HMIS reports covering all important indicators
• Arranging Mobile out reach activities in remote area of the district
• Ensure implementation of CNP in the district according to work plan
• Provision of Conducive working and living environment to all employees
• Update incentive of all Govt. employees on the basis of their performance according to available formula on monthly basis.
• Facilitate timely release of quarterly budget from District Govt.
• Strengthen referral system by making available well equip ambulance services in all Hubs 24/7.
Requirements
• MBBS or equivalent degree
• If a candidate is Masters in Public health alone he/she shall also be eligible
• Demonstrated 7 years of overall experience; and a minimum of 5 years of specific sector experience
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local dialects is highly desirable
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in an insecure environment.
