Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all program operations (rollout, field maintenance, expansions, civil work …)
• Responsible for managing the 2 geographical areas of ALU network (South, Central region), & all offices under them.
• Manage the regions rollout managers, TPM’s (operational reporting), & quality managers
• Single interface with customer higher management for all projects, activities planning & execution.
• Manage all program subcontractors on large scale & be single interface with Services Team.
• Have the quality team under him for subcon follow up
• Avoid Customer escalations by taking proactive measures.
• Develop new business with customer like civil work & L1, …
• Be able to work under highly stressed environment
• Report to General Project Manager

Qualification:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Electrical or Electronics engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Min 7 year professional experience in GSM.
• Preferably worked in GSM related civil work projects

Competencies:

• Excellent subcon & customer management skills
• Independent, quality conscious
• Excellent presentation/communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint  and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
