Job Description:
• Dispense drugs and counsel the caregivers accordingly on medication, compliance and follow
up.
• Organize health education sessions in the BHUs and ensure that ORWs provide the sessions.
• Record and maintain stock inventory and drug logistics system.
• Collect and keep track of BHU revenue.
• Organize and supervise ORWs, HIS record keeper and labor activities(community based and at
BHU level) in accordance with the project need in consultation with MO, LHV and
vaccinators.
• Organize monthly CHWs meeting an provide support including feedback and re-supply to
CHWs.
• Manage ill children based on IMCI (WHO) guidelines and ensure follow up on seriously ill
children.
Requirements:
• Dispenser Certificate/ Diploma from a recognized institute
• Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player capabilities
• Locals will be preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Pashto (Preferable)
