Job description and Responsibilities:
Assisting the ADO in the design and development of individual projects; Working with program counterparts to develop work plans for the implementation of individual projects; Working with communities and other relevant government structures to mobilize local resources to implement project activities; Overseeing public tendering processes for subcontractors when applicable; Assisting the HSO in administering office operations at the Agency level. These responsibilities may include managing petty cash, coordinating the payment of monthly bills, overseeing office filing systems, and tracking non-expendable supplies. Required Skills and Experience:
The Deputy Agency Developemnt Officer (DADO) must have a minimum of 5 years experience in activity management and budgeting in rural environments with Master degree in Social Sciences or developmental Studies. This will include experience following through with activities to assure that procurement, finance, logistics, and programmatic aspects of the activities are being implemented on-time and in accordance with the specifications of the approved activity. Good command on MS Office a must. It is preferred that the candidate be from FATA, and willing to visit these areas frequently. Fluency in English and Pashtu is required, Urdu a plus.
