Hygiene Promoter (BRAVE Project)

Major Responsibilities

• Identification and selection of program beneficiaries, community leaders.
• Coordination with local level CSOs, taking lead in organizing field level trainings, meetings, events.
• Implementation of structural schemes.
• Organize sessions with communities to create awareness about programme activities.
• Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
• Identification and mapping of targeted beneficiaries.
• Identification of community-based organizations and other existing (functional and semi functional) forums and networks as per agreed plan.
• Identification of Capacity Development of CSOs based on functional and technical Capacity Needs and Development Plans.
• Identification of participants for training on community score card approach for CSOs.
• Prepare and provide plans and reports of programme activities on timely
• Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by organization and supervisor.
• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

General Responsibility

• To Maintain constructive purposeful trust based and sincere relations with all colleagues working above are under whether directly and indirectly associated.
• To Maintain highest standards of honesty and integrity in all discipline.
• Responsible to identify stakeholders’ potential leaders influential decision makers/opinions makers in the working areas.
• Responsible to mobilise community for the WASH project activities FGD.
