Job Description:

To manage project documentation and reporting deliverables, including drafting reports, compiling success stories, and supporting M&E tools, with skills in formatting and communication design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft and finalize project reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) in coordination with program and M&E teams.
  • Prepare and maintain key documents such as project briefs, job descriptions, concept notes, and success stories.
  • Conduct technical review and quality assurance of documents to ensure alignment with donor and internal standards.
  • Support the development of monitoring, evaluation, and learning tools, including feedback forms, evaluation forms, and Means of Verification (MoVs).
  • Assist in collecting and organizing field-level data and inputs for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality reports and documentation as per donor and organizational requirements

Competencies & Skills:

  • Top of Form Design and format reports and knowledge products using digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, MS Office) to ensure clarity and visual appeal.
  • Maintain a central repository of project documentation for internal use and donor reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Urdu with attention to detail and narrative structure.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to issues related to GBV, SRHR, and child protection
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, synthesize information, and present content clearly

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in reporting, documentation, or communication roles within development, NGO, or donor-funded projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Pakistan.
  • Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor
