Job Description:

The position is responsible for accurately entering data into relevant systems and ensuring its proper organization and management. It also involves generating reports based on collected data, presenting insights through charts, tables, and summaries for decision-making and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Accuracy:

  • Enter and update data regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Proofread and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with Divisional Coordinators and the Statistician to ensure precise data entry.

Report Generation & Efficiency:

  • Generate reports based on collected data, presenting insights through charts, tables, and summaries.
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry methods to enhance productivity.

Issue Resolution & Compliance:

  • Identify and report technological or other issues that may impact data entry and productivity.
  • Follow organizational policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with data management standards.
  • Undertakes any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
