Registered under societies ACT 1860, with Registration No. KAR 0072 as a local NGO, we are headquartered in Karachi, with liaison offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Umarkot, and hold an MOU with the Ministry of Economic Affairs Division (EAD) in Islamabad.

Community World Service Asia is inviting quotations from reputable vendors, suppliers, and contractors for the provision of Kitchen Garden Toolkits.

• Please submit your company profile along with your quotation. The company profile should include your organizational and financial information. Those who do not provide their profiles will be disqualified.
• The shortlisted vendor will be requested to submit samples for approval. Upon approval of the samples, a contract may be offered for the deliveries.
• A 5% security deposit will be required from the selected vendor/supplier before issuing a contract, serving as a bid security.

Key requirements for your quotation submission:

• Provide the unit price for each item; lump-sum amounts will not be considered.
• Quotation prices should include all applicable taxes, including withholding tax.
• Include the expiry date of your quotation and your NTN number.
• Clearly state the payment terms in your quotation.
