Job Description:
1 To ensure maximum availability of computer system throughout the company.
2 Responsible for the provision of IT Infrastruture services inclding desktop applications,Local and Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunicatuons.
3 Development and Implementation of new system.
4 working with senior management to process, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service Level Agreements.
5 To manage the IT department Include staff appraisal, disciplining, pay reviews and career development.
6 To develop and control the IT security policy.
7 Provide a monthly written report to the IT Director and all aspects of the IT Departments
