Position Objectives:
|
|
The overall role of this position is to mobilize the community, organize sessions regarding health-related issues, and Liaisoning with relevant offices & stakeholders.

|
Conduct baseline surveys/assessments.
|
|
2
|
Coordinate and mobilize communities on conducting focus group discussions in the target areas.
|
|
3
|
Conduct research/assessment on Hygiene Management.
|
|
4
|
Conduct awareness sessions/walks in girls’ schools/colleges/Maddarsas.
|
|
5
|
Social Mobilizer will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take ownership and management at the local level for the facilities.
|
|
6
|
Social Mobilizer will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.
|
|
7
|
Develop strong relationships with the community and engage Diverse Organizations, Community Leaders, and residents of the intervention areas.
|
|
8
|
Lead the formation of Primary Groups, WASH Clubs and WASH Committees in the community.
|
|
9
|
Reporting the progress on a regular basis
|
|
10
|
Launch and disseminate Immunization campaigns in the targeted areas.
|
|
11
|
Ensure close coordination with the technical team and provide support in the implementation of project activities.
|
|
12
|
Identify beneficiaries for and document success stories/case studies/ human interest stories.
|
|
Education
|
|
FA/FSC from recognized institution.
|
|
Experience: 1x year of relevant experience.
|
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
- Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu/ English & local languages
- strong knowledge of social mobilization and survey tools.
- Experience in conducting surveys is an advantage.
- Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives
- Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for monitoring and data collection
- Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point) and SPSS
- Candidates from Dera Ghazi Khan or adjacent districts will be given preference
