Background
The Quality Improvement team has designed a Comprehensive FP Training Package for LHWs to re orientate them towards delivering quality FP services with updated knowledge and skills in settings with limited resources.
DAFPAK-PSSD Team is planning to conduct training of community health care providers on these training packages to build their capacity to deliver an improved set of FP services that are client centered and responsive to specific needs of the individuals. PSSD will be training health care providers and community providers from department of health and population workers on Package.

Assist in delivering 4 days comprehensive FP trainings to community workers at 4 districts

Submission of training report

Technically monitor the trainings

Submission of training agenda and Photos of trainings

Conduct training data collection on provided M&E tools

Attendance sheets and completed data tools for all participants
|
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters from recognized university in health sciences (only for female candidates)
- Having previous experience of facilitating RMNCH trainings
- Knowledge of district health system will be beneficial
- Training Design, Development and Delivery: Foundational knowledge of developing training materials.
