positions - Lahore and
Islamabad)

WaterSprint is a UK and Paksitan based digital technological company who is working on many ICT-based solutions in AgriTECH and FinTech. We currently need two Full-Stack developers for our offices in Lahore and Islamabad. Interested candidates with good command in Python should apply.

BACKGROUND

We are looking to hire Full Stack Developer who will make up his/her own core development team to build new products and produce scalable software solutions by utilizing some awesome technologies in the field of water and agriculture management. As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You will be responsible to work in team and with our consultants to ideate and develop software solutions.

These are full-time positions likely to be continued for an indefinite period - one position is based in Lahore and the other in Islamabad. We need an experienced professional with at least two years of experience who can approach software holistically from both user experience and functionality. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to develop innovative digital products (preferably in the domain of water, agriculture and environment) and provide IT solutions independently as well as can supervise the IT team and consultants, if it is required.

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in information systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience of full stack development.
• 1+ years hands on experience with Node JS.
• 1+ years heads on experience with React or any other JavaScript framework.
• Experience with core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST
• Experience building solutions with microservice architectures
• Experience of C# and ASP.net.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational database
• Experience with automated integration, UI, performance, and unit testing frameworks
• DevOps experience with cloud, continuous delivery, and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Bamboo, AWS, or Azure is highly desired
• Experience with Source control providers such as GIT, TFS, etc.
• Specialized experience with internationalization, security, accessibility, UX, or performance would be considered an asset
• Good verbal and written communications
• Must have good organizational skills
