Pakistan Red Crescent Society is looking for high calibre and dynamic professional for the Routine Immunization Program based in KP, Peshawar, on contract basis.

 

Job Title

Routine Immunization Data Officer

Purpose of the Job

The RIDO will be responsible for data collection, analysis, management and reporting to the Program Manager at PHQ. He/she will submit all Immunization related data and reports to Program Manager on weekly basis or on intervals as required.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Design Program specific and general data collection tools.
  • Regular collection of data from the field staff.
  • Compilation, Analysis and Management of data
  • Facilitate the Program Management in development and designing of presentations and briefings.
  • Ensure quality, result oriented and timely reporting to Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Regular field visits for data verification and monitoring.
  • Provision of accurate data for proper media coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Masters Degree or equivalent.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience specially in data collection, design of data tools, management and analysis of data.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data management.
  • Experience working with HMIS (Health Management Information System)

Competencies

  • Strong skills in data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills.
  • A good understanding of public health, data compilation, management and data analysis.
  • Advance data management and analysis skills
  • Proficiency with data management software ( Microsoft Excel, Access etc)
  • Good Communication and reporting skills
  • Regular travel to project sites

Minimum  25-40
