1. Purpose of Position:

This position provides designing and delivering innovative, efficient and aligned processes in relevance to HR Operations and Organization development (OD) interventions.

2.         Key Responsibilities / Functions:

  • Manage talent acquisition processes and compile and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates & separation of employees.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource Policies in accordance with changing HR Trends.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions of various positions.
  • Employee development programs by establishing orientation and training programs in accordance to TNA (Training Need Assessments).
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees through work oriented results.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bid awarding benefit contracts; designing.
  • Ensures HR compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resource requirements; conducting investigations representing the company during audits
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Devise and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free work place and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Any relevant task / responsibility assigned by the top management in the best interest of company’s business from time to time.

3.   Job Specification:

3.1 Academics:

MBA/MPA/BBA(Hons) in HR/Master’s Degree Holder, Preferably in Management or Equivalent.

3.2 Relevant Experience:

Incumbent shall have 16 years’ experience in executive/senior position in private or public sector organizations with specialized experience within the different areas of the Human Resources functions.

3.3 Knowledge:

      Labor laws, Latest Human Resource trends and practices,

3.4 Special Skills:

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
