Responsibilities and Duties:                      

The key responsibility of the Advisor (Legal, Commercial & Business Development) shall be to advise, guide and assist the CEO on Legal, Policy, Commercial, Joint Venture and Business Development affairs, such as:

• Provincial representation on national level in Policy formulation, input and protecting Provincial Interests.
• Advise on Company’s Corporate Affairs
• New policy initiatives relating to Provincial Oil and Gas
• Concession Management
• High profile Petroleum Law Matters
• New projects identification, approval,  development and monitoring  Oil and Gas sector
• Mentor junior members of the team

Qualification:

LLB or Equivalent.

Post qualification relevant experience:

Minimum 20   years’ experience, relevant diversified upstream E&P industry experience in Corporate Affairs, Joint Ventures and Commercial or Legal affairs.

Maximum age limit: 50 years
