Budget

Total available budget for this consultancy is PKR 600,000 (Inclusive of all tax and consultancy cost which includes travel, accommodation, COVID compliance and/or any operational cost of consultant)

On behalf of Asian Development Bank; Oxfam Pakistan along with its partners is implementing Building Resilience at Community Level Project which aims to contribute to a climate resilient urban future through community-led resilience building initiatives wherein urban poor communities become the focus – not only as beneficiaries, but as active participants in designing and implementing development projects. 

Oxfam Pakistan is inviting competent, experienced and qualified consultant/s &firms to submit proposals for the conduct of preparatory studies for the Community-Led Project (CLP) in Ward no. 1 & 6 (Mubarak Pura), Sialkot for a maximum period of 45 days.  Within this period, the consultant must conduct the studies and assessments; prepare and submit the Reports itemized below.

 

Key Outputs:

  1. Feasibility Study Report (FSR) including Rapid Environmental Assessment Checklist Report (REA), and associated due diligence compliance documents, whenever necessary;
  2. A detailed project proposal along with stakeholder engagement, capacity and resources required for implementation.
  3. Procurement Work Packages

Consultants should have proven track record in providing and delivering reports on time and in a professional manner. 

Due to the delivery schedule of the Project, only Firms/Individuals who can commence the assignment on or before 07th December 2020 are encouraged to apply.

Technical Proposals must include:

  1. Technical Approach and Methodology
  2. Work Plan
  3. Organization and Staffing
  4. Budget/Financial Plan
