Total available budget for this consultancy is PKR 600,000 (Inclusive of all tax and consultancy cost which includes travel, accommodation, COVID compliance and/or any operational cost of consultant)

On behalf of Asian Development Bank; Oxfam Pakistan along with its partners is implementing Building Resilience at Community Level Project which aims to contribute to a climate resilient urban future through community-led resilience building initiatives wherein urban poor communities become the focus – not only as beneficiaries, but as active participants in designing and implementing development projects.

Oxfam Pakistan is inviting competent, experienced and qualified consultant/s &firms to submit proposals for the conduct of preparatory studies for the Community-Led Project (CLP) in Ward no. 1 & 6 (Mubarak Pura), Sialkot for a maximum period of 45 days. Within this period, the consultant must conduct the studies and assessments; prepare and submit the Reports itemized below.

Key Outputs:

Feasibility Study Report (FSR) including Rapid Environmental Assessment Checklist Report (REA), and associated due diligence compliance documents, whenever necessary;
A detailed project proposal along with stakeholder engagement, capacity and resources required for implementation.

Consultants should have proven track record in providing and delivering reports on time and in a professional manner.
