Background:
The national and international experiences, in the changed scenario, require that the policy of devolution may be adopted. Most of the responsibilities may be devolved onto the district judiciary in an independent and accountable manner. This requires the establishment of a Secretariat for the District Judiciary with the objectives; (a) improved analytical approach towards ascertainment of future needs and requirements; (b) improved process for securing resource allocation for the realization of the future projection allocation; (c) improved good governance at each step through transparency, accountability, fairness, and merit; (d) improved liaison with justice sector actors for efficiency and effectiveness; (e) improved service delivery to the citizens and (f) improved ICT-based solutions for data sharing and public grievance redress systems.
Responsibilities:
Qualification and Experience:
The applicant must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Sociology. He/she should possess at least 05 years’ experience in the relevant field. Work experience in a similar sector will be an added advantage. Good command of MS Office; specifically, on spreadsheets.
