Job Descriptions

  1. Project Manager will be responsible for the start-up, ongoing management, continuing development, and daily supervision of all activities under CARE program for communities in district Swat. The project manager shall be:
  2. Responsible for overall management of project (Program Implementation, Operation and administration of field office).
  3. Responsible for budget, financial management & control of the grant adherence to the organization and donor financial policy.
  4. Responsible  for efficiency with effectiveness through providing guidance to area-based staff on field implementation.
  5. Serving as focal person for the organization as well as the donor.
  6. Responsible for stakeholders liaising & coordination with Donor, line departments, and district administration to effectively engage them in project interventions
  7. Responsible for actively involving communities in project assessment, planning, execution and monitoring.
  8. Responsible for extensive community mobilization campaign for sensitizing communities.
  9. Responsible for developing detail implementation plan, execution of work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the goals and objectives of the project.
  10. Responsible for monitoring of project indicators and revises strategies accordingly.
  11. Responsible for communication & reporting to Director Programs on project progress and challenges.
  12. Responsible for to reviews all deliverables prepared by teams before passing to donor agency and Director Programs.
  13. Make ensure that project legal documents are completed and signed from concerned quarter.  
  14. Responsible for project progress/challenges sharing with donor and head office.
  15. Any other task assigned by Director Programs & Executive Director.
  16. Responsible for timely addressing & resolving conflict among team members and as well inter & intra community conflict through mediation.
  17. Responsible for capacity building of field team through on job support and training session and career development goals.

  19. Ensure capacity building of project stakeholders on project contents. 
  20. Responsible for developing weekly, monthly and quarterly operational & travel plan of project staff.
