Job Description:
Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to develop trainees’ abilities for creative expression in visual term and boost appealing sense. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance, and activity records of the respective batches under the supervision of Project Manager.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deliver online & face to face training on Retail outlet business (establishing & running - as mentioned in curriculum), such as conference bridge scheduling, data input, answering event audience member inquiries, location design edits and custom reports generation
- Plan, prepare & provide/conduct online sessions, prepare & topic wise videos & handouts.
- Conduct & maintain record of attendance quizzes, discussions, assignments, presentations, and field projects as will be guided by Quality Assurance Department.
- Facilitate trainees in developing connections, collaborations & partnerships to start & run business.
- Customer service – because retail is a customer-oriented environment, trainer should provide training in how to deal with customers
- Sales retail – to train trainees in various selling techniques
- Communication – to teach how to speak clearly
- Computer skills – most retail businesses use digital cash register systems and other software programs for inventory systems and other store operations
- Analytical ability – to assess training materials and retail store operations, and devise effective training tools for trainees
- Public speaking – to make training presentations to trainees
Qualification and experience
- Bachelor Degree in with at least 3 years teaching experience.
- Active and having good sense of humour to motivate adults for learning and change behaviour.
- Ability to cultivate creativity in trainees.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Familiar with modern technology
