JOB PURPOSE: 

The incumbent would be responsible to develop and maintain a professional and conducive learning environment for the trainings. He/she is responsible to supervise trainers, monitor trainees, make sure to follow the HH training Curriculum, close coordination with the management . 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop its material including training schedule and work plan.
  • Monitors Projects/ skills development trainings and coordinate with resource persons/ facilitators.
  • Developing & implementing schedule /class Time Table for various trades 
  • Successfully checked, cross verified the data for MIS of the registered trainees timely
  • Prepare monthly stipend register for disbursement of trainee’s stipend.
  • Ensure development of daily, weekly and monthly work plans and ensure the compliance of agreed objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with trainees regarding the progress and development
  • Prepare detail implementation plan (DIP) for all the projects
  • Facilitate newly inducted trainees and provide training material
  • Assure timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual – both qualitative & quantitative)
  • Facilitate M&E and Third-Party Monitoring teams and ensure the provision of relevant records.
  • Ensure the timely compliance of observation and take remedial measures to improve the quality of services.
  • Ensure timely registration of trainees with relevant examination/certification agency.
  • Complete the trainee’s record pertaining to their registration and certification with certification agencies.
  • Develop and share success stories and case studies for review and further dissemination.
  • Report the untoward incidence to senior management for immediate action.
  • Ensure effective relationship with the management  
  • Ensure the enrolments of targeted trainees in upcoming projects
  • Any other tasks are given from time to time.

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum 16 years of formal education
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience of working with NGOs/Training Institutions and Hotels will be preferred  
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office) is mandatory
  • Excellent report writing, and presentation skills are must
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills is important however understanding about local dialects is also important
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural & gender sensitivity are the core values.
