Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Provide hardware and software technical support including Issues handling and debugging.
- Evaluated and recommended information systems security controls and procedures
- update and maintain the ICT equipment inventory;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as and when necessary
- Any other responsibility assigned by chief or assistant chief of the section
- Knowledge of Management Information system.
Qualifications:
16 years of Education in Computer Science from a HEC recongnized University
Experience and Skills:
At least 3-year relevant experience in developmental project, while experience with Donor funded projects will be an added advantage.
