CHILD SAFEGUARDING:

Level 1:  the post holder will not have contact with children and/or young people, or access to personal data about children or young people, as part of their work; therefore a police check will not be mandatory for this post unless the content of the post changes, in which case the Child Safeguarding level should be reviewed.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Awards Management Intern provides quality compliance and administrative support to the Awards Management team. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to Awards Management team. 

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

  • Assist in collection of all reports from partners and ensuring filing of those reports in partner hard files.  
  • Scanning of all partners quarterly reports and uploading it on AMS.
  • Assist Awards department in Neelum and Mirpur emergency response.
  • Updating Awards files & Maintain the data archiving.
  • Follow-up with partners for periodic reports.
  • Assist awards department in internal & external audits.
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Fresh graduate
  • B.Com/BBA in Finance
