Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the operations team. This position reports to the Office Manager in Punjab Regional Office.

Scope of Work

  • Provide administrative & HR support to Program Team in the region.
  • Assist HR Team in collecting and processing timesheets for the regional office.
  • Assist team with filing, organizing, reception duty, and other administrative duties as requested.
  • Maintain office files, assist with travel, ensure professional reception of guests, and other administrative duties as requested.
  • Maintain/ organize project financial related documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with drivers.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Qualifications

  • University degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, record management, administrative and financial procedures and internal controls or related role required.
  • Relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role highly preferred.
  • Working experience in the Southern Punjab region is preferable.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • English language fluency required.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in local languages will be preferred.
