Job Description:

  • Greet and direct guests within Apollo premises as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage the Apollo front office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
  • To Assist Admin & Store in day to day operations
  • To manage and report attendance of employees
  • Assisting other departments as required for day-to-day execution of tasks
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Any other task assigned by Apollo management
