An International Medical organization working in Pakistan since 1996 through MOU with Government of Pakistan and has (medical) programs for vulnerable populations in KPK (Hangu & DIK district) and Punjab.
We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicant for [SOCIAL MOBILIZER-FEMALE]; this position will be based in [HANGU] with frequent visits to project site areas.
General objectives of the function:
[She will be responsible to plan, execute and control social-related activities, in order to ease the beneficiary’s situation, to enhance his/her engagement/adherence to the proposed social plan and to improve his/her psychosocial condition].
The position’s requirements are:
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Social/development Studies
Master degree in a relevant field will be an asset
Experience:
Minimum 02 years’ experience in a social/psychological work frame
Experience in Primary health care/BEmONC and Community Mobilization will be preferred
Experience with INGO's in a similar position will be an asset
Knowledge & Skills:
Having good knowledge of the local community in Hangu
Strong communication skills in Pushto
Good communication skills in English and URDU
Good writing & communication skills
