Training Manager/Coordinator responsible for organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. He will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty. Training managers work across the regions to get trainees and identify need assessment gage training need in different regions.

Training Manager/Coordinator responsibilities include enhancing trainees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work and as per donor requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Manage effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget and optimize the use of resources (including human and financial) in the region
  • Provide opportunities and support for strengthening training units
  • Manage conflicts and issues in the training as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices in all regions
  • Liaison with government departments in all provinces regarding the capacity training programs   
  • Understand the project concepts and support team to translate it into effective actions
  • Prepare work plans and related budgets and share with team
  • Set key milestones to track and control the project
  • Analyze resource use and costs in the schedule
  • Monitor actual task progress of the tannings
  • Correct the project plan to achieve the objectives of the training
  • Liaison to develop working relationship with departments and induct trainees for hands on trainings.
  • Develop youth initiatives for life skills and training development programs

 Professional Requirements: 

  • Six to eight years development experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle the personal and academic issues/problems of diversifies groups of students. 
  • Ability to meet targets under pressure meeting deadlines
  • Result-oriented team worker maintaining cordial relations
  • Knowledge of socio economic knowledge of the target areas will be added advantage.
